Riverton Retreat (“we,” “us”) operates rivertonretreat.com. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to take your booking and host your stay, and we don’t sell your data. Ever.

What we collect

• Booking details you provide: name, email, party size, and the dates and options you choose.
• Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data (e.g. anonymized usage) that our hosting provider records to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your reservation and send booking and check-in information.
• To arrange any experiences or add-ons you request.
• To respond to your questions and, only if you opt in, to occasionally share availability or offers. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the booking: Stripe (payments), Google Firestore (booking records), our email provider (confirmations), and our hosting provider. Each handles your data under its own security and privacy terms. We also sync availability with Airbnb via calendar feeds, which contain dates only — never your personal details. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Data retention & your rights

We keep booking records as long as needed for our records and legal/tax obligations. You may request a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing stay@rivertonretreat.com. We’ll respond promptly.

Cookies

The site uses only the essential cookies/storage required for it to function (such as remembering your in-progress booking). We don’t run third-party advertising trackers.
