Hi, I’m Mike. We rebuilt this old waterfront house from the bones up so it could be the kind of place you don’t want to leave — wake to mist on the water, crab off the pier, gather fifteen around the table for a steamed-crab feast. A deep dock for the boat, kayaks at the slip, a hot tub for the evening, a fire pit for after. No town, no traffic, no crowd. Just the tide and whoever you brought with you.

“Great place for a quiet and relaxing stay in a beautiful area of the bay. The views from the house and yard are amazing. The pier is great for boating and launching kayaks as well as crabbing and fishing. The yard is very large and although there are neighbors it still feels very private.”
